Seskinore Farm Meats’ beef is sourced locally from farms in Fermanagh and Tyrone. Why does this create amazing flavour and texture? - we use Aberdeen Angus and continental cross heifers from a small number of selected farms where we monitor the feed, welfare and the environment in which the animals are kept. The animals come direct from these farms, just a few miles, to Omagh Meats. Our beef is hung for 28 days.
