This small farm focuses on welfare as a top priority and produces excellent tasting poultry.
All our turkeys are free-range and are outdoors from seven weeks until four weeks before Christmas where they are enclosed in a large bedded house. The birds are dry plucked, matured for 10-12 days - this gives a juicy flavoursome bird.
